Wask provides this Privacy Policy to inform customers of Wask’s
policies and procedures regarding the collection, use, protection,
and disclosure of Personal Information received from customer’s use
of this website, located at https://wask.co/ (“Site”), as well as
all related websites including Wask’s subdomainsat
https://wask.co/account applications, browser extensions, and other
services provided by Wask (collectively, together with the Site, our
“Service”), and in connection with their customer, vendor, and
partner relationships. This Privacy Policy also tells customers
about their rights and choices with respect to their Personal
Information, and how they can reach Wask to update their contact
information or get answers to questions they may have about Wask’s
privacy practices.
In addition to the activities described in this Privacy Policy, Wask
may process Personal Information on behalf of Wask’s commercial
customers when they use the Service. Wask process such Personal
Information as a data processor of their commercial customers, which
are the entities responsible for the data processing. To understand
how a commercial customer processes a customer’s Personal
Information, please refer to that customer’s privacy policy.

this Privacy Policy and Wask’s Terms of Use located at
https://www.wask.co/terms-of-use. All terms not defined in this
Privacy Policy will have the meanings set forth in the Wask Terms of
Use.
1. Collected Personal Information
For the purpose of this Privacy Policy, “Personal Information” means
any information relating to an identified or identifiable
individual. Wask obtain Personal Information relating to customers
from various sources described below.
Where applicable, Wask indicate whether and why customers must
provide Wask with customers’ Personal Information, as well as the
consequences of failing to do so. If customers do not provide
Personal Information when requested, they may not be able to benefit
from Wask’s Service if that information is necessary to provide
customers with the service or if Wask are legally required to
collect it.
2. Provided Personal Information by Customer
Registration
If customers desire to have access to certain restricted sections of
the Site or request to receive marketing materials, they may be
required to become a registered user, and to submit the following
types of Personal Information to Wask: name, email address, phone
number, full user name, password, city, and time zone.
Customer Support
Wask may collect information through customers’ communications with
Wask’s customers support team or other communications that customers
may send Wask and their contents.
Making a Purchase
When customers make payments through the service, they will need to
provide Personal Information such as their credit card number and
billing address. Digital Marketing Platforms
In order to allow Customers to managetheir digital marketing
platforms, Wask may ask them to provide their username, account ids,
social handle, timezones, and email address.
Other
Wask may also collect customer’s contact details when they provide
them in the context of Wask’s customer, vendor, and partner
relationships.
2a. Personal Information Collected from Connected Digital Marketing
Accounts If customers connect their third party digital marketing
accounts to theirWask account, Wask may collect certain information
stored in customers’digital marketing account such as:
Facebook Ads
Wask may allow customers to connect a Facebook Ads page or profile
to theirWask account, in which case Wask will access certain
information from Facebook Ads regarding their account. In
particular, Wask may collect ads campaing and its statistics,
username / page ID or profile ID, access tokens. This includes the
content of customers’ads and engagement data (such as amount spents,
conventions,cost per click, genders, ages, as well as general
engagement counts)to the extent permitted by applicable law. This
data will only be used by Wask to provide customers with the Service
they expect and will not be shared with any third parties.
Google Ads
Wask may allow customers to connect a Google Ads page or profile to
theirWask account, in which case Wask will access certain
information from Google Ads regarding their account. In particular,
Wask may collect ads campaing and its statistics, username / page ID
or profile ID, access tokens. This includes the content of
customers’ ads and engagement data (such as amount spents,
conventions, cost per click, genders, ages, as well as general
engagement counts) to the extent permitted by applicable law. This
data will only be used by Wask to provide customers with the Service
they expect and will not be shared with any third parties.
Twitter Ads
Wask may allow customers to connect a Twitter Ads profile to
theirWask account, in which case Wask will access certain
information from Twitter Ads regarding their account. In particular,
Wask may collect ads campaing and its statistics, username / page ID
or profile ID, access tokens. This includes the content of
customers’ ads and engagement data (such as amount spents,
conventions, cost per click, genders, ages, as well as general
engagement counts) to the extent permitted by applicable law. This
data will only be used by Wask to provide customers with the Service
they expect and will not be shared with any third parties.
LinkedIn Ads
Wask may allow customers to connect a LinkedIn Ads profile to
theirWask account, in which case Wask will access certain
information from LinkedIn Ads regarding their account. In
particular,Wask may collect ads campaing and its statistics,
username / page ID or profile ID, access tokens. This includes the
content of customers’ ads and engagement data (such as amount
spents, conventions, cost per click, genders, ages, as well as
general engagement counts)to the extent permitted by applicable law.
This data will only be used by Wask to provide them with the Service
they expect and will not be shared with any third parties.
2b. Personal Information Automatically Obtained from Customers’
Interactions with the Service
Log Data
When customers use Wask Service, Wask servers automatically record
information that customers browser sends whenever customers visit a
website (“Log Data”). This Log Data may include information such as
customer’s IP address, browser type or the domain from which
customers are visiting, the web-pages customers visit, the search
terms customersuse, and any advertisements on which they click.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
Like many websites, Wask also use “cookie” technology to collect
additional website usage data and to improve the Site and Wask’s
Service. A cookie is a small data file that Wask transfer to
customer’s computer’s hard disk. A session cookie enables certain
features of the Site and Wask service and is deleted from
customerscomputer when customers disconnect from or leave the Site.
A persistent cookie remains after customersclose their browser and
may be used by their browser on subsequent visits to the Site.
Persistent cookies can be removed by following customersweb browser
help file directions. Most Internet browsers automatically accept
cookies. Wask may use both session cookies and persistent cookies to

Customers can instruct their browser, by editing its options, to

from the websites customers visit. Please note that if
customersdelete, or choose not to accept, cookies from the Service,
they may not be able to utilize the features of the Service to their
fullest potential. Do Not Track
Wask does not process or respond to web browsers’ “do not track”
signals or other similar transmissions that indicate a request to
disable online tracking of users who use Wask’s Service.
Third Party Web Beacons and Third Party Buttons
Wask may display third-party content on the Service, including
third-party advertising. Third-party content may use cookies, web
beacons, or other mechanisms for obtaining data in connection with
customer’s viewing of the third party content on the Service.
Additionally, Wask may implement third party buttons, such as
Facebook “share” buttons, that may function as web beacons even when
customers do not interact with the button. Information collected
through third-party web beacons and buttons is collected directly by
these third parties, not by Wask. Please consult such third party’s

Links to Other Websites
Wask’s Site contains links to other websites. The fact that Wask
link to a website is not an endorsement, authorization or
representation of Wask’s affiliation with that third party. Wask do
not exercise control over third party websites. These other websites
may place their own cookies or other files on customers’ computer,
collect data or solicit Personal Information from them. Other sites
follow different rules regarding the use or disclosure of the
Personal Information customers submit to them. Wask are not
responsible for the content, privacy and security practices, and
policies of third-party sites or services to which links or access
are provided through the Service. Wask encourage customers to read
the privacy policies or statements of the other websites customers
visit.
3. How WaskMay Use Customers’Personal Information
Wask may use the Personal Information Wask obtain about customers
to: • Create and manage customers’ account, provide Wask’s Service,
process payments, and respond to customers’ inquiries;
• Manage account authentication such as two-factor authentication
• Communicate with customers to verify their account and for
informational and operational purposes, such as account management,
customer service, or system maintenance, including by periodically
emailing they service-related announcements;
• Tailor Wask’s Service (e.g., Wask may use cookies and similar

marketing platforms;

4. How WaskShare Personal Information
Wask may disclose the Personal Information they collect about
customer as described below or otherwise disclosed to them at the
time the data is collected, including with: Digital Marketing
Platforms
Wask’s primary purpose for using information is to publish
customers’ ads on digital marketing platforms, allow them to track
metrics for analytical purposes.Wask may allow customers to link
their account on Wask with an account on a third party digital ads
platform, such as Facebook Ads or Google Ads, and to transfer their
information to and from the applicable third party platform. Once
customerscreatetheiradsin a digital marketing platform, its use will
be governed by that platform’s privacy policy.
Service Providers
Wask engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and
provide services to them, including hosting and maintenance, error
monitoring, debugging, performance monitoring, billing, customer
relationship, database storage and management, and direct marketing
campaigns. Wask may share customers’ Personal Information with these
third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these
functions and provide such services. Wask also require these third
parties to maintain the privacy and security of the Personal
Information they process on Wask’s behalf.
Compliance with Laws and Law Enforcement
Wask cooperates with government and law enforcement officials or
private parties to enforce and comply with the law. To the extent
permitted under applicable law, Wask may disclose any information
about customers to government or law enforcement officials or
private parties as Wask believe is necessary or appropriate to
investigate, respond to, and defend against claims, for legal
process (including subpoenas), to protect the property and rights of

unethical, fraudulent, abusive, or legally actionable activity, to

or desirable for Wask to disclose customer’s data for the purposes

third parties in understanding Wask’s users’ interest, habits, and
usage patterns for certain programs, content, services,
advertisements, promotions, and functionality available through the

5. How WaskProtect Personal Information
Wask is very concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of
customer’s Personal Information. Wask employ administrative and
electronic measures designed to appropriately protect customer’s
Personal Information against accidental or unlawful destruction,
accidental loss, unauthorized alteration, unauthorized disclosure or
access, misuse, and any other unlawful form of processing of the
Personal Information in Wask’s possession. Please be aware that no
security measures are perfect or impenetrable. Wask cannot guarantee
that information about customers will not be accessed, viewed,
disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach of any of Wask’s
administrative, physical, and electronic safeguards, subject to
requirements under applicable law to ensure or warrant information
security.
Wask will make any legally-required disclosures of any breach of the
security, confidentiality, or integrity of customer’s unencrypted
electronically stored Personal Information to them via email or
conspicuous posting on our Site in the most expedient time possible
and without unreasonable delay, consistent with (i) the legitimate
needs of law enforcement or (ii) any measures necessary to determine
the scope of the breach and restore the reasonable integrity of the
data system , and any other disclosures that may be required under
applicable law.
Wask also take measures to delete customers’ Personal Information or
keep it in a form that does not permit identifying customers when
this information is no longer necessary for the purposes for which
Wask process it, unless Wask are required by law to keep this
information for a longer period. When determining the retention
period, Wask take into account various criteria, such as the type of
products and services requested by or provided to customers, the
nature and length of our relationship with customers, possible
re-enrollment with our products or services, the impact on the
services Wask provide to customers if Wask delete some information
from or about customers, mandatory retention periods provided by law
and the statute of limitations.
6. Customer rights and Choices
If customers decide at any time that they no longer wish to receive
such marketing communications from Wask, please follow the
unsubscribe instructions provided in any of the communications.
Customers may also opt out from receiving commercial email from Wask
by sending customers’ request to Wask by email at support@wask.co.
Please be aware that, even after customers opt out from receiving
commercial messages from Wask, customers will continue to receive
administrative messages from Wask regarding the Service.
In certain jurisdictions customers have the right to request access
and receive information about the Personal Information Wask maintain
about them, to update and correct inaccuracies in their Personal
Information, to restrict or object to the processing of their
Personal Information, to have the information blocked, anonymized or
deleted, as appropriate, or to exercise their right to data
portability to transfer their Personal Information to another
company. Those rights may be limited in some circumstances by local
law requirements. In addition to the above-mentioned rights,
customers also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent
supervisory authority subject to applicable law.
Where required by law, Wask obtain customers’ consent for the
processing of certain Personal Information collected by cookies or
similar technologies, or used to send customers direct marketing
communications, or when Wask carry out other processing activities
for which consent may be required. If Wask rely on consent for the
processing of customers’ Personal Information, they have the right
to withdraw it at any time and free of charge. When they do so, this
will not affect the lawfulness of the processing before their
consent withdrawal.
To update customers’preferences, ask Wask to remove customers’
information from Wask’s mailing lists, delete their account or
submit a request to exercise their rights under applicable law,
please contact Wask as specified in the “How to Contact Us” section
below.
7. Children's privacy
The Site is not directed to persons under 16. If a parent or
guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with
Personal Information without their consent, he or she should contact
us at support@wask.co. Wask do not knowingly collect Personal
Information from children under 16. If Wask become aware that a
child under 16 has provided us with Personal Information, Wask will
delete such information from our files.
8. Updates to this Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason;
each version will apply to information collected while it was in
place. Wask will notify customers of any modifications to Wask’s
Privacy Policy by posting the new Privacy Policy on Wask’s Site and
indicating the date of the latest revision. Customers are advised to
consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes.
In the event that the modifications materially alter customers’
rights or obligations hereunder, Wask will make reasonable efforts
