3.6 Google Workspace API Data and Limited Use

WASK's use and transfer of information received from Google Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

WASK accesses only the Google Drive or Google Sheets files that the user selects, shares with WASK, or creates through WASK. WASK uses Google Workspace Data only to provide the specific Google Sheets or reporting functionality requested by the user.

WASK does not sell Google Workspace Data or use it for advertising, retargeting, audience creation, advertising personalization, advertising optimization, credit-related purposes, or the creation, training, testing, or improvement of generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models. These restrictions also apply to aggregated, anonymized, de-identified, and derived data.

Google Workspace Data may be processed by a service provider only where strictly necessary to provide the specific user-facing feature requested by the user, with the user's consent and subject to confidentiality, security, deletion, and Limited Use obligations. Service providers are not permitted to use Google Workspace Data for their own purposes or for model training or model improvement.

WASK personnel do not access or read Google Workspace Data except where the user has provided explicit consent for support concerning specific data, where access is necessary to investigate a security incident, or where required by applicable law.

WASK retains Google Workspace Data only for the period necessary to provide the user-requested feature. Users may disconnect their Google Workspace integration and request deletion of associated data through their WASK account settings or by contacting WASK support.

4. Data Security and Storage

We strive to protect your Personal Data from unauthorized access, use, and disclosure using appropriate physical, technical, organizational, and administrative security measures based on the type of Personal Data and how we process it. We do not store or save card details or passwords for user credit cards in our data storage.

You should help protect your data by selecting and safeguarding your password and/or other login mechanisms appropriately, restricting access to your computer or device and browser, and logging out after accessing your account. While we work to protect the privacy of your account and other Personal Data in our records, no security system is impenetrable, and unforeseen system failures or malicious acts are an unfortunate reality on the internet.

Therefore, WASK cannot guarantee the absolute security of Personal Data during transmission over the internet, while stored on our systems, or under our maintenance in any other form.

We retain your Personal Data, Advertising Data, and related account data for as long as you have an active account or as needed to provide, secure, maintain, analyze, and improve the Services. After account closure, we may retain relevant data for the period necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, collect fees owed, prevent fraud, maintain security, or enforce our agreements.

After the applicable retention period, we delete, anonymize, or irreversibly de-identify the data unless a longer period is required or permitted by law. Everyone who uses the WASK website and registers may have their information used for marketing purposes. If you do not wish to receive marketing communications, please adjust your preferences in the system settings.

When a user disconnects the Google Workspace integration, deletes the relevant data, or closes the WASK account, WASK deletes the associated Google Workspace Data and removes or revokes the related authorization credentials, except where retention is required by applicable law.

4.1 Data Sharing and Third-Party AI Tools Disclosure

WASK may use third-party AI tools and service providers to operate AI Agent, AI Workflow, AI Ad Creative, Performance Analyze, and related features, including analyzing advertising data, generating recommendations, creating or transforming content, and improving user interactions.

What Data Is Shared: Depending on the feature, WASK may share Advertising Data, campaign preferences, usage patterns, interaction metrics, prompts, AI Agent instructions, workflow rules, website URLs, uploaded reference images or videos, brand materials, AI Inputs and Outputs, and other data generated through the use of the Services.

How Data Is Used: WASK stores and processes Advertising Data, User Content, AI Inputs and Outputs, and Usage Data to provide, secure, maintain, analyze, and improve the Services, including AI-powered features. WASK may use permitted aggregated, anonymized, or otherwise de-identified data for model training and model improvement. Google Workspace Data is expressly excluded from all generalized model training and model improvement activities.

Personal Data: WASK does not intentionally use directly identifiable Personal Data for general-purpose AI model training. Personal Data may be processed by third-party AI providers when necessary to provide a specific WASK feature or service and subject to applicable confidentiality, security, and data protection obligations. Google Workspace Data is not used for generalized model training and may be processed only as permitted under Section 3.6.

User Content: You retain your rights in User Content. You grant WASK a limited license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, transmit, and process User Content and AI Inputs and Outputs as necessary to provide, secure, maintain, analyze, and improve the Services, including sending relevant content to service providers that process data on WASK's behalf. This license does not permit WASK to use Google Workspace Data for advertising, profiling, generalized model training, or generalized product or model improvement.

Third-Party AI Partners: WASK may work with third-party AI platforms that assist WASK in providing the Services. These providers may process permitted data on behalf of WASK for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy and subject to applicable confidentiality, security, and data protection obligations. Google Workspace Data may be processed by such providers only where strictly necessary to deliver the specific user-facing feature requested by the user. Third-party providers are not permitted to use Google Workspace Data for their own purposes or for model training or model improvement.

Your Choices: Where applicable, you may object to the use of your Personal Data for model improvement by contacting us at [email protected]. If a separate consent or preference control applies to a specific processing activity, you may withdraw that consent through the available control or by contacting us. Withdrawal will not affect processing carried out before the request.

4.2 AI Assistant Integrations (Model Context Protocol)

WASK offers a connector that lets you access your WASK workspace from third-party AI assistants, such as Claude (Anthropic) or ChatGPT (OpenAI), using the Model Context Protocol ("MCP").

Authorization: When you connect an AI assistant to WASK, you authenticate with your existing WASK account through an industry-standard OAuth 2.1 authorization flow. During this flow, you explicitly choose which WASK workspace to share and approve the specific permission scopes granted to the assistant (for example, reading advertising performance data or applying campaign changes). No credentials are shared with the assistant provider; access is granted through revocable access tokens issued by WASK.

What the Assistant Can Access: Through this connection, the AI assistant may, on your instruction, read Advertising Data available in your workspace, such as ad accounts, campaigns, performance metrics, keywords, and optimization automations. Actions that modify your advertising accounts (such as pausing a campaign or changing a budget) are protected by a two-step confirmation flow: the assistant first receives a preview of the exact change, and the change is applied only after it is explicitly confirmed. Every request made through the connector is recorded in audit logs (which account, which action, and when) for security and compliance purposes.

Third-Party Processing: We do not sell the data accessed through this connector. Please note that the prompts you write in the AI assistant and the outputs it generates are processed by the assistant provider (e.g., Anthropic or OpenAI) and are governed by that provider's own privacy policy, which we encourage you to review.

Revoking Access: You can revoke an assistant's access at any time by removing the connector from your AI assistant's settings, or by contacting us at [email protected]. Upon revocation, the associated access tokens are invalidated immediately.

5. Data Transfers

Depending on your location, data transfers may involve transferring and storing your information outside your country, including but not limited to the United States. As detailed herein, we strive to protect your information in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

You have the right to request information about the legal basis for data transfers to countries outside the European Economic Area ("EEA") or to any international organization governed by public international law, such as the United Nations, and the security measures we take to protect your information. For inquiries about such transfers, please contact us via email at [email protected].

6. How to Exercise Your Rights

To exercise your rights, you may submit any request as outlined on the Website or email [email protected]. Your request should include sufficient detail to allow us to understand and respond appropriately. Before responding, we may ask you to verify your identity with sufficient information.

We will not provide a response or Personal Data unless we have verified your identity or authority to make such a request and confirmed that the Personal Data pertains to you.

7. Protection of Children

The WASK website and services provided by WASK are not intended for individuals under 18 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children. If you learn that your child has provided us with Personal Data without your consent, please contact us via email at [email protected]. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from a child in violation of applicable laws, we will promptly take steps to delete the information and terminate the child's account.

9. Information Security

We secure the Personal Data you provide on controlled, secure servers protected from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
